Registration
How do I secure my Spot?
Click the “Register Now” button on the home page of this site and subscribe by entering your info OR send us an email at athenavetprogram@gmail.com.
I am still serving, but will retire soon. Can I still participate?
You can still register through our “Register now” button, this way you will be getting email updates on upcoming cohorts. However you will not be able to secure a spot until you are fully released.
General
Who is the program for?
Retired women of the Canadian Armed Forces.
What fitness level do I need to be to participate?
There is no fitness prerequisite for this program. We accommodate all fitness levels.
What if I have a medical condition?
That’s ok. During the registration process, we have you fill out a participation questionnaire. If our coaches have any concerns we may ask that you get your doctor to clear you for activity.
Tech Questions
What tech do I need to participate?
You will need a laptop with a high-speed internet connection, at a minimum. This will allow you to participate in online video classes. A smartphone will allow you to access the mobile app and make your experience in the program better.

How long is the program ?
12 weeks
Do I need a gym membership to do the workouts?
We will cater your training program to you! Whether you like to exercise from home or at the gym, we will take that into consideration when building your plan.
