A.T.H.E.N.A: Alliance, Tenacity, Health, Exercise, Nutrition, Authenticity, are the core elements we had in mind while creating the first of its kind training program for female veterans in Canada.
About Us
Fitness designed for you
The A.T.H.E.N.A. Program was designed, specifically, for veteran women of the Canadian Armed Forces. Not only that it was developed by CAF member and athletic therapist, Audrée Dufresne. Your health and fitness needs are different than most women due to your service and we understand that. We’ve created the program to be challenging in a fun, online environment that helps create life-long bonds between participants.
The great thing about this program is that it is completely subsidized by Veterans Affairs Canada and The Quebec Veterans Foundation.

Where Did The A.T.H.E.N.A. Program Get Started?
A first of its kind for veterans in Canada, the A.T.H.E.N.A. Program was born out of a partnership with the Quebec Veteran Foundation and Dave Morrow Personal Training.

Registration
This is as simple as adding your details to our sign-up form. Open to all retired women of the Canadian Armed Forces.
Training Plans
We provide an A.T.H.E.N.A. Program training plan for everyone participating in our program. This includes resistance training, mobility & flexibility work and cardio-based activities.
A.T.H.E.N.A. Program App
Every participant gets access to the Dave Morrow PT training app during their 3-month program. Track your progress and see how much you improve over time.
From our first meeting, where Audrée was caring and compassionate as we discussed what I wanted from the program, I felt at ease and supported…The program was intense yet with group meetings and check-ins with Audrée I began to see a difference in my body…Thank you Audrée for helping to connect me back to the body I hadn’t known I’d forgotten about.
